FAQ
Pricing questions
How much does an Ozil AI video cost?
+–
A 720p video uses 100 credits, which is $4.99 with the Starter pack and less with bigger packs (down to $4.00 with the Club pack). 480p uses 50 credits and 1080p uses 150.
Is there a free trial?
+–
There is no free tier, because every video costs real money to generate. The smallest pack is $4.99, enough for two 480p videos (about $2.50 each) or one 720p video.
Do credits expire?
+–
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them, and there is no subscription to cancel.
Can I get a refund?
+–
Purchases are final, like most AI video tools, because credits can be used right away. Credits from videos that fail are returned automatically, and if you were charged by mistake (twice, or with no credits added), email support@ozil-ai.net with the order ID and we will fix it.
How do I pay, and who handles the payment?
+–
Checkout is run by Waffo, our merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and receipts. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Can I change a video’s quality later?
+–
No — quality is chosen before you generate. To get a sharper version, generate the video again at a higher quality.
